Aasamanta Realty is a real estate developer in Goregaon, Mumbai, with a legacy of over sixty years. Established in 2014 by architects Abhijeet and Ruta Samant, the firm specializes in residential redevelopment projects in Goregaon, integrating architectural expertise with real estate development.
Our current portfolio includes five residential redevelopment projects in Goregaon: Amar Prabha, Aasamanta Krupa, Aasamanta Sandesh, Aasamanta Laxmi Narayan, and Aasamanta White House. Across every project, we prioritise functional planning, design clarity and transparent execution.
Our developments offer 2 BHK, 2.5 BHK and 3 BHK flats in Goregaon, planned to maximise usability and efficiency.
A Legacy Rooted in Modernist Architecture
Aasamanta Realty is built on an architectural legacy that began in the early 1960s with late Architect V. B. Samant, Abhijeet Samant’s father, and founder of V. B. Samant & Associates. Grounded in modernist principles of “form follows function”, his practice emphasised clear structure, functional planning and efficient use of space – contributing to the early modern urban housing in Mumbai.
This architectural approach continues to influence the design philosophy behind our current real-estate projects today.
The ARCORD Years
In 1989, Abhijeet and Ruta Samant established ARCORD Architects. Over three decades, the practice led a strong team of qualified architects, delivering a wide range of architectural projects across residential, commercial, institutional and healthcare sectors.
The architectural philosophy developed during the ARCORD years, rooted in effective space planning, practical design solutions, and attention to detail, remains central to how we approach our work today.
Evolution to Real Estate Development
In 2014, decades of architectural experience evolved naturally into real estate development with the formation of Aasamanta Realty. Grounded in our design-first philosophy, we approach every project differently.
We follow a design-led development model, with all planning and architectural work managed in-house by a team of highly qualified architects. This ensures consistent coordination from the concept stage through execution and completion, with clear accountability at every stage.
Focus on Redevelopment
Over the past decade, Aasamanta Realty has focused on transforming old buildings into modern residential spaces that honor our architectural heritage.
Our first redevelopment project, Amar Prabha, was completed in 2017, setting the standard for quality and transparency. This was followed by Aasamanta Krupa in Jay Prakash Nagar, Goregaon and Aasamanta Sandesh in Samant Wadi, Goregaon East.
We currently have two under-construction residential projects in Goregaon: Aasamanta Laxmi Narayan, and Aasamanta White House. Amar Prabha, Aasamanta Krupa and Aasamanta Sandesh are our completed redevelopment projects in Goregaon. Our projects are Maharashtra RERA registered.
