The intentionally minimal façade relies on balance, repetition, and subtle detailing. Soft off-white and light beige tones give the building a bright, airy appearance, while slim vertical accent panels in deeper tones create visual contrast. Neatly stacked balconies form a strong vertical rhythm, with simple geometry and light railings keeping the façade balanced.
