The Aasamanta Story
Aasamanta Realty was founded in 2014 by architect duo, Abhijeet Samant and Ruta Samant, with a commitment to infuse life, integrity, and beauty into every structure. Our vision is rooted in sixty years of architectural excellence from V.B. Samant & Associates (1965) to ARCORD Architects (1989). For over three decades, this legacy shaped our philosophy: building with integrity. This meant transparent dealings, no hidden costs, timely completions and unwavering quality in our every redevelopment project in Goregaon.
Today, Ruta Samant along with her son Avaneesh and Team Aasamanta uphold these founding values. We’re not just building homes, we’re reviving trust in real estate developers in Mumbai, one project at a time. Though we lost Abhijeet Samant in December 2024, his spirit lives on in every project. Beyond architecture, he believed life should be fully lived. His love for music, his friendships, the warmth he shared remain part of who we are. 1989
ARCORD Architects was co-founded by architect duo Abhijeet and Ruta Samant, establishing their collaborative practice.
2014
Abhijeet Samant and Ruta Samant transitioned from architects to developers, founding Aasamanta Realty.
2015
Aasamanta Realty began redevelopment of Amar Prabha, its first project in Jay Prakash Nagar, Goregaon.
2017
Amar Prabha was completed, proudly standing at 12 floors as Aasamanta Realty’s first landmark project.
2020
The redevelopment process for Aasamanta Krupa, the firm’s second project, began in January 2020, marking an important milestone.
2021
Construction for Aasamanta Krupa began in August, while redevelopment plans for Aasamanta Sandesh followed October.
2022
Construction of Aasamanta Sandesh officially commenced marking steady progress ahead for the project.
2023
The firm initiated redevelopment of Laxmi Narayan Niwas and White House. Aasamanta Krupa was completed in December.
2024
Aasamanta Krupa and Aasamanta Sandesh were completed, strengthening our growing portfolio.
Late 2024
Founder Abhijeet Samant passed away; Aasamanta Realty continued under Ruta Samant, supported by son Avaneesh and Team Aasamanta.
Present
Construction for Aasamanta Laxmi Narayan and Aasamanta White House is now in full swing.
